All these years, printing has been carried out the good old fashioned way. From printing spreadsheets and reports to photographs and posters, one singular fact has not changed: the output is still two-dimensional.
Three-dimensional (or 3D) printing however, looks to take printing up a notch and potentially kickstart an industry by itself.
Not sure what the entire thing’s about? I will be getting Mark, who’s a friend (and incidentally a resident expert) to pitch his spiel on why everyone should be excited about this rising trend.
Keep an eye out for it folks, the next post on 3D printing will be up soon.
